You're your own director
A 3-week express course on the formulation of free and technical synchronized swimming programs. The course is designed for those who want to independently learn how to set arbitrary programs according to the new rules of synchronized swimming! During the course, we will figure out the difficulty table, understand what is worth doing and what is not, fill out the coaching card and master the skill of filling it out.
Synchronized swimming figures
The first training course on synchronized swimming figures for novice coaches who want to understand the nuances and techniques of performing figures, as well as for athletes who want to rise in the ranking table at the competitions of the mandatory program. The course covers figures of all age categories.
Gym for synchronized swimmers
15 complexes for all muscle groups, including stretching and choreography, aimed at improving the physical readiness of synchronized swimmers to perform figures, arbitrary and technical synchronized swimming programs. The classes are conducted by Honored Master of Sports, multiple world and European champion Anna Insekina, as well as ballet dancer named after her. Igor Moiseev Valery Bakunin.
